Refund Policy

We request all candidates to read this Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.

Refund of Security Deposit is allowed only under the conditions mentioned below.

Case 1.

If you request a refund within 14 working days of paying the Security Deposit, AND

• You have submitted all the required documents,
• No interview has been scheduled yet,

→ You can get a refund.

(No refund after interviews are scheduled.)

Case 2.

If you attend the interview and get rejected,

→ You will get a refund.

(Interviews happen only after your documents are submitted and payment is clear.)

Case 3.

Refund may also be considered in special cases like:

• Medical emergency or serious health issue in the immediate family.
  (Medical proof is required. Refund in such cases is decided by RS Global Agency and is not guaranteed.)
• Death of an immediate family member (proof required).

→ You can get a refund.

(No refund after interviews are scheduled.)

Note :

If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded on either the 15th or 30th of the following month.

Case 1.

If you don’t submit all documents within 5 working days after paying the Security Deposit.

(It’s your responsibility to send documents by email to our official team.)

Case 2.

If you don’t attend interviews or preparation sessions after scheduling.

Case 3.

If you don’t follow the terms of the offer letter after getting selected (except for approved special cases mentioned above).

Case 4.

If you back out after receiving an offer letter.

Case 5.

If you back out after your visa is issued.
